Reiki Training

Located on the Beautiful Northside of Fredericton, In Balance and Health offers Reiki Training classes in private or semi-private settings allowing for relaxed interaction, hands on practice and plenty of time for questions and answers. The atmosphere is warm, relaxing and peaceful giving the student a place to experience all there is to be when setting out on this journey.

All Reiki Training Levels are formatted over a two day period. Arrangements may be made to personalize your training session based on availability and schedule, contact In Balance and Health for more information.

In Reiki Level I, you will receive the Reiki Level I attunement providing you with the ability to do Reiki on yourself and others. We will review the History of Reiki, What Reiki is, What Reiki Is Not and the Benefits of Reiki. We will discuss the 21-day cleansing period, the chakras, their colors and their functions.

We will review the hand positions to do a complete Self Reiki Treatment along with how to also perform a complete Treatment on others. You will perform a practice exchange on another student or volunteer. You will also learn additional techniques for personal development.

In this class time you will receive two Reiki Manuals, of which one includes illustrations of the hand positions, a Guided Self Treatment CD, various handouts, your Reiki Level I Certificate and the on-going support of your Reiki Teacher.

In Reiki Level II, you will receive the Reiki Level II attunement. You will receive the Usui Level II sacred symbols. You will integrate these symbols with a Reiki practice session. You will learn and practice different techniques to send distance Reiki to people and events in various locations. You will be instructed on the techniques of Beaming and Scanning along with Cellular Memory.

In this class you will receive two Reiki Manuals, one of which includes illustrations of the hand positions, a Guided Meditation CD, various handouts, your Reiki Level II Certificate and the on-going support of your Reiki Teacher.

In Advanced Reiki Training you will receive the Usui Master Attunement. You will be taught the Usui Master Symbol along with it’s use. You will practice drawing the symbol and integrate it into a Reiki session. You will be shown the Antahkarana symbols and their uses. You will learn the use of Crystals and Stones with Reiki, the art of Pendulum Dowsing and Reiki Surgery.

In this class you will receive a Reiki Manual including all topics covered in the class, your Advanced Reiki Training Certificate and the on-going support of your Reiki Teacher.

In this course you will prepare for the Reiki Master Attunement. You are introduced to a Fifth Sacred Symbol, the Raku, a Tibetan Master symbol and will be explained it’s significance in the Initiation/Attunement process. Third Degree Reiki consists of information on the Hui Yin Point, the Way of The Fire Dragon (also referred to as The Violet Breath and the Microcosmic Orbit), The Water Ceremony, guidance in the preparation and ceremony of the Initiation/Attunement process, The Anthakarana, and the Johrei Symbol.

You will receive two Reiki Manuals, additional handouts including sample agendas to use for your classes, a Guided Meditation CD to Awaken the Kundalini and the on-going support of your Reiki Teacher..
